Referees

Someone has to call it.

Every pot needs someone to call the result. That's the referee. The pot creator picks 1-5 trusted people from the circle.

When the pot closes, referees vote on what actually happened. Once enough of them agree (the quorum), the pot resolves and winners can claim their payout.

Pick people everyone trusts. The referee doesn't have to be neutral — they can have a position in the pot too — but they should call it fair.

Being a referee

If you get picked as a referee, you'll get a notification when the pot is ready to be called.

Just tap the pot, look at what happened, and vote for the winning option. Once enough referees vote the same way, the pot resolves automatically.
